This notice explains what personal information Ree Bimms Cares Ltd collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Ree Bimms Cares Ltd, trading as Ree Bimms Mobile Car Valeting, is the data controller for the information described here. We are a limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16360358, with our registered office at 34 Thackeray Road, Bradford BD10 0JN.

What we collect when you book
The booking form on this site asks for:
- your full name
- your mobile number
- your postcode
- your email address, if you choose to give it — this field is optional
- the type of clean you would like
These details are sent by email to our bookings inbox. We use them only to reply to you, agree a price, and arrange a time to clean your car. We do not use them for marketing and we do not sell or share them with anyone for their own purposes.
The lawful basis for this is that you have asked us to take steps before entering into a contract with you. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or SMS instead, we hold whatever you tell us in that conversation for the same purpose.
How long we keep it
If you enquire but do not go ahead with a booking, we delete your details after 12 months.
If we clean your car, we keep a record of the job for six years, because HMRC requires us to keep business records for that long. It is deleted after that.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set any analytics or advertising cookies unless you accept them. When you first visit, a notice at the bottom of the screen asks you to accept or decline. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage — that is not a cookie and is not shared with anyone.
If you accept, we load Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how many people visit the site and which pages they use. This tells us which parts of the site are working and which are not. It does not tell us who you are. If you decline, Google Analytics is never loaded.
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookies link at the bottom of any page, or by clearing your browser's storage for this site.
Other services this site uses
- Google Fonts — the typefaces on this site are loaded from Google's servers, which means your IP address is sent to Google when a page loads.
- Our hosting provider — keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, for security and reliability.
- WhatsApp — if you use the WhatsApp button, your message is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, not ours.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to us using it. You can also ask us to send it to another provider. Email support@reebimms.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
